About Us

Dr.’s Jay and Anne Newcomer have been in practice since 1989. Dr. Jay Newcomer practices exclusively in Beverly Hills while Dr. Anne Newcomer sees patients in the Homosassa location.

Beverly Hills Eye Clinic and Homosassa Eye Clinic both started as one exam room practices in 1989. From the beginning, it was our hope and goal to provide a unique and pleasurable experience for all of our patients. To us this means excellence in eye care, but we also care a great deal about you as an individual. It is our hope to gain your total trust. We want your whole experience with us to be pleasant and comfortable. You’ll look forward to coming into our clinics – it is our promise to you.

BHEC and HEC are staffed by friendly, proficient, and skilled people who make it a priority to meet and respect the needs of each individual patient. Our friendly front office coordinators will efficiently collect all of your information and file your insurance. The doctors’ assistants are certified to do all pre examination testing including any additional specialized testing required. They are also skilled in offering instruction in insertion and removal of contact lenses. Our knowledgeable opticians are qualified to fit and dispense your glasses. They are able to share personal experience and background in helping you choose lenses and frames suited to your own exclusive needs.
